Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

We visited this hotel for one night. The hotel was in a beautiful little village with stunning views of the mountains and peaks. The hotel was immaculately clean. I loved the idea of the spa bag which came with robes, slippers and a towel. The pool area was great with various drinks to refresh yourself. Perfect place to stay for tourist to this area, Very clean and comfortable, and with nice view, easy to access attractive points. Very good breakfast and kind staffs. Just perfect place. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Sonus Alpis is beautiful. We came for the second time. Breakfast is great. The local area is beautiful. Facilities are great. Staff are brilliant

Lovely central spot. Breakfast was sufficient to get us up and ready for the days hike. Great bars all around and parking available for €17 euro per day.
