The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. Amazing place and so relaxing

Really close to town by the side of the river. Tea and coffee provided and recommendations for places to have breakfast. Free access to the Aqua Centre a few mins away along with free train and bus transport and cable car up to the Plose.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Modern rooms, clean, plentiful buffet breakfast, very friendly staff. Within walking distance of various restaurants. Would stay there again.

Great

3rd floor room with an incredible view from the balcony, helpful staff, and a dedicated bike storage room. Superb

Great hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners, nice spa area and garden, even though it was hard to find the sauna the first time :) We will definitely be back :)

So close to trains and buses. Lovely interiors. Reasonable prices.

Fantastic Hotel that is full of character and located in a beautiful, historic town. Vast, well-appointed room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff are great: I arrived with a baggage hassle and straight away they found a solution that really helped me. Restaurant excellent with absolutely the No.1 tiramisu! I have no idea how the Chef made it so great.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is an absolute must during your stay, absolutely delicious food in a stunning setting, breakfast was served in the same restaurant and was just as delicious.
