"Room was nice. The bed was a bit hard. When checking in they couldn’t find me by name. I left a room key for my second guest and when they came in, the front desk couldn’t find my name again. My guest had to call me to speak with the front desk. They couldn’t find the key for my guest neither. I would still recommend this hotel."

"Ample free parking for guests. Fresh brewed coffee in the lobby and microwave in the lobby. Small store for snacks. Room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Free breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon bits, juice coffee, tea bagels, breads and mini muffins or Danish pastry. Very close to other stores and eateries. Would definitely stay here again."

"Failure of “leadership” by the General Manager who attempted to investigate scalding water in bathroom by sending a goon-looking man with an angry demeanor attitude. Water temperature is not regulated in the rooms! Insisted to check-in on the initial reservation. Yes, I was agitated but need to have been at an important meeting.. Do yourself a tremendous favor checking-in at the nearby Marriott 1/4 mile away. EXCELLENT in every aspect whereby the GM and I later enjoyed an insightful conversation whereby explaining the my wife had retired as a VP of Operations of a company which managed 162 hotels and built new properties. Be guided according!"
