"I have a love hate for this hotel. The property is absolutely gorgeous but the problem I run into is the downstairs kitchen. The cooks down there can not even cook an egg properly. Everyday I have to send food back because it is raw, overcooked, or the wrong food. The Cassava restaurant is very very nice and they will cater to whatever you desire with a good selection of fresh caught food. But the downstairs restaurant is consistently mismanaged. One day i was eating a salad and it had a rock in it. I almost broke my tooth. One day I had to send my eggs back three times. This has been an ongoing problem since the last time I visited. I recommend visiting this hotel but avoid the buffet restaurant at all cost if possible."

We enjoyed the dining options, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes which were all tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. "Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch."
