"The parking was difficult for valet as backed up, no luggage cart or help with luggage, and rooms were small with awkward bathroom set up. We felt trapped in a box. The rooms are more appropriate for people in twenties that won’t be in room as more dormitory style. We end up checking out early to move to another hotel. I would not rank as exceptional as listed by rating and misleading. Definitely not worth the cost and I would discourage booking. "

"Our kids ages 1-6 loved this place! There was a splash area for our littlest and the older boys enjoyed the slides! Along with the bunk beds, they had a treasure hunt set up for our boys to find special treats. Definitely a cool spot and would come again!"

I asked the front desk if we could have late check out and she said NO when i said we where IHG rewards members she said she could do 1 hour - i feel the front staff could have been friendly and more helpful"
