"Fantastic location - walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, shops. Diocletian’s Palace is right outside your window. Lovely bar / restaurant in the plaza below the apartment to get one last nightcap as you wind down your night. Short walk from parking (you cannot drive within the palace areas), but worth the hassle. A few stairs to navigate with luggage, but doable if you’re of sound body. "

"We’ll start with the good: Comfy mattress, individual lights/power outlets and amazing location. Unfortunately, a lot to be desired. Opened in 2010, this would have been an awesome building at the time. But it feels like no one has maintained it since then. A broken escalator in the middle of the hostel has clearly been out of service for a long time. All of the storage cupboards in the room were either jammed shut or without keys.
