"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

Dunes Village Resort

Dunes Village Resort

8/10 Good
"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dunes Resort. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the beds were extremely hard and VERY uncomfortable. A comfortable bed is important, especially when you're on vacation trying to relax and get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay."
