"We booked for a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment is kept in a better condition than the two bedroom apartment we had; the two bedroom apartment had visible mould around the kitchen sink and its bathrooms. The two bedroom apartment also suffered from an additional leaking to its air conditioning units, drenching the tiled floors. The skirting boards showed an obvious sign of repeated incidences. We had two incidents during our 10 day stay; resolutions...

"Inhouse multi-storey carpark which helps if you have an expensive vehicle. Check-in can be improved as it is quite busy, the room is unavailable until 4 pm, was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice! Very big room with a dining table and a big fridge. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Really lovely place to stay in Kuching in walking distance of the waterfront And with plenty of character. There are some great views from the communal areas and a lovely swimming pool. The staff were helpful and the breakfast nice but basic. The surroundings are quite noisy so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this place to stay!"

"Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again."
