This establishment is extremely well managed by Senor Carl Holmes, his AGM, Sean, Anna, Head of Housekeeping and her team including Terri, Kelly and Velia. Front Desk has characters amongst it's staff including Sherrina and Alphonse, who are very friendly and receptive to any request made to them including printing maps, best places to eat locally etc.. We had a problem with our room safe and within minutes Head of Maintenance, Robert ,attended, diagnosed the fault and replaced the safe, you...

If I could give 10 stars i would This place is instant relaxation So beautiful . Rooms are really clean and the lakeside room was dreamy We ate at the restaurant next to the golf course over the bridge and it was really good. Staff were lovely and friendly . Just had a fab night beginning to end

Super cute little hotel in the middle of downtown.

Nice hotel, good facilities, breakfast was busy but lots of choice and regularly replenished. Nice warm pool. It does shut between 7-8pm to be cleaned which can be annoying if you get in at 6.55 without knowing this!

We have just come to the end of a wonderful road trip from San Francisco to San Diego and this property was our last stay . We were checked in by Alexis who was so friendly and helpful The alpine lodge was absolutely perfect - the room was lovely - toiletries was gorgeous Sad we only needed to stay one night ! We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.
