"It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha"

"Pool was not functioning. Hotel adverises they have a spa when complaint was made they said that they don’t run the spa. It was a serious complaint and now after having another massage elsewhere for $120,000 dong compared to the $600,000 I was charged makes me even more dissatisfied with this hotel. Check out the spa, the pool, the 4th, 5th & 15th floor before staying here. The reviews for this place are not accurate or else people are completely fooled by it’s appearance which is deceptive!"

"Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs."

The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day.
