"Lovely onsen offering however the hotel experience was overall quite strange. definitely not a relaxing place on the weekend when many groups of Vietnamese tourists take over. 30 women in the onsen at once very noisy, leave sauna door open even staff do it. "The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. For the total cost, I would gladly stay again. Oh, each night they leave a plate of fruit in each room. Never got to try the pool."
