"It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha"

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

"Nice clean property easy walking areas right outside and around the property. Only down side. We didn’t have hotwater and they did not have a hairdryer which my girlfriend was upset over. "Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs."

"This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!"
