Staffs were ok. However there was no iron and of course, also no ironing board in room. 5 stars hotel? No date, our stays at 5 or minimum 4 Star's hotels, such thing does not happen.

I didn't stay long, and didn't explore the area. I just slept and ate the breakfast 😀 The hallway to my room had no lights on and I checked in at night. That was an uncomfortable welcome, so I didn't want to leave my room again until daylight. Otherwise I may have checked out the hotels amenities.

Smelly rooms

(Not very often I do review but this needs one) Not very clean, rooms very smelly. People at reception not very eager to help and unfriendly. Definitely not 5 star. More like 2. Stay at the coast line instead

Not 5 star service

Stayed 3 nights before visiting friends and family in Ha Tinh. The hotel looks terrific and looks like a 5 star hotel but the service is far from 5 star. Reception not friendly, very difficult to get information from them about places to visit. Reluctant to give me a map of the area. The hotel security men were very friendly and welcoming but the reception staff was not.

Probably the best but I'll give some others a try.

I live and work near Vinh and this hotel was my first night away from 'home/work'. A lovely weekend and one I shall repeat many times whilst here in the city. The hotel itself for a mid-December weekend seemed like a ghost-town and yet breakfast was quite a bun fight - even finding a table was difficult on Sunday morning. Most definitely to be recommended but there are other hotels which I shall try at least the once before coming back and making this my regular. I had hoped the front desk would run some sort of information service or at least have a local tourism stand for some leaflets on local tourist sites. But when I asked for Uncle Ho I think I was told to go and catch a local bus. And as for any other local interest - no response.

Stop by

The outside/entrance hotel is semi accessible for people on wheelchair. Ramp is too steep for a person on wheelchair to wheel up by her/himself. The door to the restroom in the handicapped accessible room is too small for a 64 cm/or 25 inches wide wheelchair to fix. For sink in the accessible room, the hotel unnecessary put safety standing bars Borge sides of the sink, but the space between the bars were too short making it very difficult for a wheelchair user to get close to the sink for safe and comfortable tooth brushing An d washing face.
