I just slept and ate the breakfast 😀 The hallway to my room had no lights on and I checked in at night. That was an uncomfortable welcome, so I didn't want to leave my room again until daylight. The hotel looks terrific and looks like a 5 star hotel but the service is far from 5 star. Reception not friendly, very difficult to get information from them about places to visit. Reluctant to give me a map of the area. I live and work near Vinh and this hotel was my first night away from 'home/work'. A lovely weekend and one I shall repeat many times whilst here in the city. The hotel itself for a mid-December weekend seemed like a ghost-town and yet breakfast was quite a bun fight - even finding a table was difficult on Sunday morning. Most definitely to be recommended but there are other hotels which I shall try at least the once before coming back and making this my regular. I had hoped the front desk would run some sort of information service or at least have a local tourism stand for some leaflets on local tourist sites. But when I asked for Uncle Ho I think I was told to go and catch a local bus. Ramp is too steep for a person on wheelchair to wheel up by her/himself. The door to the restroom in the handicapped accessible room is too small for a 64 cm/or 25 inches wide wheelchair to fix. Khách sạn dường như quá tải nên việc tìm phòng đã đặt cho khách để check in và check in gặp nhiều vấn đề phiền toái.
