(+) all is great (location, facilities, service, ...) (-)valet is crowded sometimes, and they didn't give us the room directly when we arrived at 2:30 pm (they said check in is at 3)

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazingly helpful and couldn't assist enough when my back went. The rooms are amazing and cool. The pool is lovely and although close to the airport you don't hear a single plane. On another point it is advertised on Expedia.co.uk that the hotel has an airport shuttle. This is wrong it doesn't so get a cab. Hopefully Expedia will update their Web - site to reflect this.

My daughter and I decided to stop over in Doha instead of waiting around the airport for 13 hours due to change of plane coming back from Australia. Couple of issues....... I had arrange via E mail for the hotel to pick us up at the airport and sent them our flight information. They confirmed back saying that the driver would be waiting for us. As soon as I walked into the room I loved how fresh and clean it looked. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. The first morning I did not realise I need to leave the sign out for the room to be tidied. I went to reception at 4pm and asked if I could get water bottles and coffee top ups. It was immediately actioned and my cleaning attendant Murtaza completed my requests. The next day Murtaza cleaned my room early morning upon my request and I finished the water bottles by 5pm (its so hot and humid...

I enjoyed the stay, it's a very clean and quite hotel. My room had so much space . I wasn't happy with the pool there was no staff or music and the bar was abandoned but it was clean. The cafe and the deco was amazing. Very polite staff and door guys were very nice. 5* service. Food in room was expensive and menue need more selection like wraps.

Excellent, plush room with a fantastic view of the bay and Museum. Room was spotless. Standards are extremely high. Food remains a little expensive but is available literally around the clock. My thanks to staff at the reception and general manager Mr Hany Maroun for sorting out every issue.
