A great welcome on arrival and upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for our 2 week stay. The hotel was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our apartment which was serviced each day. Very nice stay at the Al Najada. I felt like I was on a set of an Arabian Knights movie. One problem at end of stay though when I wanted a taxi to the airport a member of staff had called a non-metered private vehicle. I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. Right from the initial check in to checking out we could not have asked for friendlier staff. We had a room upgrade on arrival and waiting in our room was a tray with strawberries, dates and chocolates along with a chocolate sauce. All the staff were extremely friendly and any requests were met with a willingness to help. Patrick was really helpful as he helped us with our food orders and he was very welcoming and caring. One of the best staff members who was easy to communicate with and very hardworking. I am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to so far and I recommend it to everyone.
