"Bedden zijn net een lengte van 190cm voor Noord Europeanen echt te klein. Douche was ook erg krap qua afmetingen. We hadden een duplex appartement wat qua ruimte perfect was. TV was erg klein en qua zenders erg beperkt. Uitzicht was fantastisch. Ontbijt was voldoende maar niet erg uitgebreid. "

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Logement bien situé 50 m des pistes et pratique avec le garage pour y laisser nos skis dans la voiture les soirs et les récupérer le matin, la sortie du garage donne côté pistes. C'est par contre plus un logement 4 places que 6 places. Dommage le Logement n'était pas très propre et la vaisselle sale."

"Los apartamentos son nuevos con todas las comodidades. Echo en falta que los radiadores no funcionaron en los 5 días que estuvimos. La explicación era que tenia 23 grados la casa, increíble porque nunca funcionaron, a cambio nos dieron un radiador para sustituir esta carencia. Creo que deben arreglar esto."

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et très serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."

"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

"Great location across from the train station. Multiple fun routes to the grotto about 15 minute walk but for us we liked the walk. The hotel restaurant is outstanding. The staff is the best, multi-lingual, multitalented and they made our stay fun. We liked it so much that we stayed an additional two days. "
