"The checks in staff was horrible when I arrived they lied stating they had no vacancies sat there over 30 minutes in the phone with Expedia who also sucks because they booked me in two properties that both stated they had no vacancies I came from Mobile to attend a funeral that I missed because I was busy trying to get a hotel room it’s very upsetting that you reserve a room get confirmation and still can’t check in"
