"Took a few minutes to check in. The lobby looks like a disaster-luggages everywhere in piles. Feels very chaotic. When we were ready to shower at night, there’s no hot water. I called the front desk and found out their water heater was broken. Meanwhile, when we we turned on the shower, water leaked from behind the wall. So within a few seconds, there’s puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We could not shower. This issue was not fixed or addressed before we checked out. Will not stay here again. It’s a lovely hotel, unfortunately poorly maintained and managed. "

"Great location. Half a block there is a 24 hr family restaurant with excellent food at great prices. Lobby hosts a tour company which also rents cars. Cars can be dropped off at airport for a $. 25, which is 10.00 cheaper than a cab. Price wise I think they are pricier then similar properties around the area but if booked through hotels.com the price is were it should be."

"It was a clean space and very reasonable. I enjoyed it!"

"Clean room, staff cleans everything including pool bar seats. Plants are maintained daily. It's a little dated though can really use some upgrades/investment to push it over the 5 star top "
