"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Very nice, clean apartment with a nice view of Lake Geneva. Convenient to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. The only thing is that as a 70 year old, I would have liked to have had a reference to all the stairs in the description. It was ok for the couple of days, but a longer stay would have been a bit difficult. Overall a wonderful location and very nice place.Thank you."

"Very good little apartment to stay in. Is fairly near essential amenities and only a small journey from the train station which is direct to Geneva. Has equipment to do cooking if you want, and also has uber eats in the area if you're not in the mood to go out. Only improvement that could be made is the pillows for the bed, but there are other pillows on the sofa which were comfortable that made up for that. Highly rated place to stay "

"My sister and I planned our trip to your hotel all due to our love for Freddie Mercury. Not only was the hotel filled with pictures of Freddie and Queen, our interaction with Maria was nothing short of amazing! Her bright smile, helpful dinner recommendations and overall warmth was outstanding, four thumbs up and ten stars!!! Maria absolutely deserves the best and all the kudos! Maria should be employee of the year!!"

"This hotel sits just outside of town with plenty of space and a relaxed vibe. Great fitness center and outdoor pool. If you are taking public transportation, ignore the directions from Google Maps. There is a bus (Number 17) that runs from the Renens train station (Renens Vd, 14 Avril) and stops near the hotel (Bussigny, Cocagne). Both the bus and train are free with a Lausanne Travel Card, given out to anyone staying in a hotel in the area! Plenty of shopping and dining options along the bus 17 route."

"You cannot beat the location. Very close to the train station and right on the main walkway that lines the lake. While I have read others rave about the breakfast, we did not feel the same way. 30CHF was a bit steep. While there was a wide selection of food - pancakes, an egg station, cheese/meet and fruit, we thought most of the prepared food didn't taste that great, just lacked seasoning, but I guess to be expected from a buffet. I think if you are going to get breakfast from here it is almost better to order stuff individually or find a cafe nearby. Other than that, the staff were all very nice, the free coffee, water, candy and popcorn station was a hit with our son and we enjoyed being able to step right out of the hotel and walk down the pathway along the lake."

"30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !"
