The pool was large and not busy. The only down side was the lack of local amenities. The staff deserve a particular mention. Incredibly friendly and accommodating — they kindly offered me a very late checkout given the hotel was quiet due to the current regional situation, and knowing I had a late flight. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful. The facilities look impressive: there’s a spa and a rooftop pool, though I didn’t get to use them on this visit. The food is also worth highlighting — really good, even though I only experienced it through room service rather than dining in the restaurant. Location-wise, it’s in a commercial district rather than a scenic or tourist-friendly area, so it’s not one for a leisure holiday. But in terms of value for money, quality of the room, and standard of service, it punches well above its weight. Highly recommended."
