"Well it was a rough night. This was not the fault of the hotel. They did try this was the fault of the parents. They had a hockey tournament in town. I believe all the teams stayed at the hotel. Well there kids were wild. They were running in the halls until 2am playing in the elevator pushing other kids in the luggage carts. All I can say I will ask next time if they have any tournament in town. But the hotel made things right for me and my family. "
