"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...

"Amazing hotel! Big, clean, excellent service from all the staff members. The spa is pampering at a reasonable price. Exactly what we were looking for, to relax and play in the (very luxurious) casino. There are also good restaurants in the nearby town and the hotel has a free shuttle service. Highly recommended!!! The only "downside" we found is that the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi in the spa is not heated"
