"I had a good stay overall, but one of the elevators wasn't working, so there were long lines and waits for the elevator. Additionally, because I was there from Sunday to Monday, the hotel restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing. The price was right though, the room clean, and the fitness center great."

"It’s a nice hotel. Close to Times Square but not right in the very center you have to walk a little down but not bad at all. The lines were long to do bag checks because everyone gets there early hoping for early check in and are told the rooms aren’t ready but I wasn’t ready to be charged $6 to check each bag. They give you a $35 credit to the room to use for their on-site restaurant but the breakfast is conveniently $47ish. You’re paying 😭 the rooms were nice, not the cleanest ever in the bathroom but it was clean and acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised to get room service when I didn’t ask for it. That was nice and appreciated."

"No fans in the bathroom....but we still love the Belv....that's what we call it - "the belv." OMG - that elevator moves at at Glacial pace....you know how i love that. "

"When we got to the room the TV had no visuals only audio. After complaining multiple times with them telling us they would send someone to fix it it took over a day for a fix at an inconvenient time. Our bathroom was setup soo poorly we had to use the lobby bathrooms to sit on a toilet. The shower had no hot water and took a very long time to drain. Of the several elevators only 1 ever worked at a time with everyone trying to fit in the same one. After everything we only got the destination "hidden" fees back for compensation. Would not recommend"
