"Notre chambre donnait sur la mer mais la route au dessous est bruyante avec les voitures qui passent meme la nuit. Le parking est loin dans la rue. Il n'y a plus de piscine sur le toit. L'hotel a 10 ans mais il est pas bien entretenu. La chambre est grande propre mais la moquette au sol est très sale et la tapisserie au mur se décolle ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien assez diversifié et sous forme de buffet. Il y a une kitchenette et un réfrigérateur dans le studio."

"My stay at Montenegro Lodge wasn’t without its challenges, albeit very minor ones. On the first day we discovered that the door didn’t lock, so we had limited security. The internet was intermittent at times, and the hot water was not sufficient to fill and use the hot tub. However, where this property fell short, the staff were there to pick things up. I cannot commend them highly enough for their hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is missing a few things before it can truly be recognised as five‑star. "The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "
