Hot water would cut out for long periods, and the heater in the room made constant, disruptive noise. Requests for assistance were ignored, with staff rarely showing up when needed. Breakfast was shockingly inadequate, portions were minimal (at one point, just a couple of kiwi slices shared among many guests), and there was no variety to speak of. Overall, the experience was dreadful. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy throughout my stay and was simply counting down the time until I could leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
