The internet was intermittent at times, and the hot water was not sufficient to fill and use the hot tub. However, where this property fell short, the staff were there to pick things up. I cannot commend them highly enough for their hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is missing a few things before it can truly be recognised as five‑star. "We had a wonderful stay here. The best views you will ever get. Two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a bath tub with shower but I is really hard to get into as it is so close to the toilet. Finding it is the main problem as it is straight up a very narrow road. You feel like you are going for ever. You drive past Kotor past Prcanj village and it is on the left hand side of the road, there is a garbage can at the bottom on the right of driveway. The blue sign on the wall says Ulica Sarena Gomila then drive up the road 500 m or so to POD Batun, it is the 2nd building down on left, last garage before entrance, go up the stairs go left past pool and up the stairs on left and straight back. Unless you are hail and hardy you will not be walking down the hill and easily."
