"Enjoyed our time at Grand Beach Resort and the time spent exploring Traverse City area, We liked the beach view room and interesting breakfast menu delivered to the room but we messed up thinking the cards were for each person not for each day so today we only received one meal but that was our mistake. I would stay here again!"

"We like the location and parking is simple. The cleaning staff is excellent- friendly, hardworking and a lot is expected of them beyond job of housekeeping, as no one else is around. The hotel is very clean. The front desk is not “ manned”, though lovely to look at upon arrival. The “ computer” access is unavailable as the printer has no paper and keyboard is locked down. Not available at either of our stays. Breakfast is not what we expected. Cold cereal, cold eggs sealed in a bag with an October expiration date?! And previously frozen, dried pastry. Not fit for anyone.Disappointing. With so many great options to be healthy and “ unique” , why not offer a small and wonderful way to break fast? Highlight was Vietnamese pour-over room coffee!! It was amazing & great surprise! Also loved the availability of washer & dryer!"
