The process was incredibly simple — we parked our car right at the hotel and headed off on vacation without a hitch. No need to worry about airport parking or long walks with luggage. The shuttle service was top-notch. It was prompt, easy to use, and the drivers were friendly and professional. After our trip, the shuttle picked us up from the airport quickly and got us back to our car in no time. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free — exactly what you want when traveling. "There are so much that i love about the Carousel, but I do have 2 complaints about our recent stay. The indoor pool was closed the entire time. To my understanding, it was a mechanical issue, but there was no sign on the door to let people know it was closed. A sign would've prevented the multiple questions throughout the day, every day. The second complaint is the game room by the pool. Those machines need some maintenance because half of them didnt work and there were 3 machines that took my credits but wouldn't let us play. My kids were quite disappointed and the front desk can't even do anything about the machines. I called the number on the card for assistance, but that was no help either. Other than those 2 things, we had a wonderful experience in our 3 night stay. Theres a heated outdoor pool that we enjoyed and we went to Jolly Rogers to make up for the games. We come to OC at the same time every year and wouldn't even think about staying at another hotel. "
