"The location is great! The roof top pool and views are very impressive. Steve, the concierge, was a great help. We also enjoyed the Happy Hour at the Rig Room bar. I highly recommend this hotel. My only complaints are that our room was not attended to so we had to tell the front desk in order to get service, and the safe was locked shut upon arrival. We need assistance to open it for our use."

"Took a business client to spend the day at the casino and to relax in the hot tub and lazy river. It was her birthday and staff treated her special, gave her a birthday cake. We upgraded to a double from a king, and asked for an early checkin if available. They were quick in satisfying our changes and requests. We had a good time gambling and taking a dip in the pool, we will return."
