"the manager started the experience by trying to double the price of Hotels.com that was already booked and confirmed. If I didn't get a local SIM card to have internet I wouldn't of been able to despute it and he would of got away with it. there is also a club in the hotel that blasts horrible baliwood music until 3am that can be heard on the top floor. Very old and not remodeled. sinks barely work and the bathtub makes you need another shower after using it. barely 1 star hotel. no idea...

"Lovely staff. Gave us a free check out and didn’t charge extra to check in early. Very helpful throughout. Fabulous DJ and fun vibes by the pool. Good evening music band. Rooms are large, clean, modern and spacious. Great service at the Dead Sea- they cover you in mud and provide a body salt scrub free of charge. Felt very welcome throughout. Very efficient housekeeping. Would highly recommend! "

"The room was large and well stocked except there were no glasses? In addition, I think the hotel in general is undergoing a refurb as some areas were obviously being worked on and our room had a few issues that needed addressing like paintwork etc. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay and any issues were VERY minor, it is a lovely hotel in a great location for the airport with great restaurants and lovely staff, so would recommend the Opal to anyone and it was very good value for money too."
