"Our room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping for doing such a wonderful job. The reception to the hotel was warm and friendly. Never had an issue with parking even though we required ADA, and left the lot on a few occasions."

"When we arrived we had to cancel the hotel had no hot water"

"The man at the desk seemed upset and bothered that I booked with a third party (hotels.com) He even doubted that I had already paid and wanted to charge me again. I asked if there was shopping near I was told quickly no. I used Google maps and surprisingly there was a large shopping mall 15 min drive away. I consider that close. The water in the shower was cold as it ran in the tub. Cold enough that I considered asking for a new room, when the water was switched to the shower head it warmed up enough to shower. The temperature was usable but not as enjoyable as home. The ice machine only gives out about enough to fill a bucket then needs to make more. The ice machine on the 1st floor was not even on. We did not eat on property, but Sunday morning there was a lot of trash in the lobby and outside like beer bottles and pizza stuff."

"This is just a great all around stay where everything is done well. Provisions restaurant and waitstaff are outstanding. Hotel staff are courteous and relaxed. Just a great vibe all around. "

"The room was very outdated and dirty. Our door kept getting stuck and would not open. It looked like the lock had been broken. The maintenance man said it was fine and just keep trying. Then said use the extra locks inside at night to make sure. The room had an awful smell to it. It was so bad it gave me a migraine. The toilet paper holder was broken. When asked to switch rooms we received an even older room with another strong odor. The air did not work in that room. When telling the front desk their response was okay. The carpets in the hallways had stains. Overall it was not a good experience."
