We've been to Guernsey many times but this is the first time we'd stayed at OGH. Guernsey is a great place for peace and quiet restful break. There isn't a lot to do and that's exactly what we wanted. The weather was fantastic and we took the bus to Vazon and walked on the beach to Cobo. The hotel is beautiful. We have stayed in many Best Western hotels but this one was the best we have seen. Hotel staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was large with a view over the courtyard, it was spotless and cleaned everyday. Copious tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mints etc in the room which was a real treat after a long day. Lovely pool with towels provided, along with a Jacuzzi and sauna.

Of i could award six stars, i would.

My Mum and I stayed for a short 2 night break. The hotel is in a good location just outside of St. Peter Port. I could not fault the hotel from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and attentive and the staff in the brassiere particularly friendly. We chose to eat here for both evening meals and the quality of the food outstanding and not overly priced. This was our 4th stay at Moore's Hotel, and again it came fully op to our expectations. The location is superb, being close to the main shopping area, and close to the harbour for boat trips to Herm and Sark.. Buses all over the island can be found easily from the hotel's location. The staff are very friendly and the food is second to none. We will go there again, I am sure.
