"A lovely grand hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff, from Kris on the front desk, to Ruben the concierge and Sianna at the pool. Lots of nice touches, Excellent breakfast and dinner too. Top class."

"Excellent hotel with 2 minor problems. The room key arrangements are great for families but not for a couple of adults. The 3rd floor has little ventilation and is too hot at night. Window opening is restricted and so a good night's sleep is not to be had."

"Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel set in lovely grounds and clean . Bedroom clean and housekeeping every day . Breakfast was really good. Evening meals in the bar were fab and delicious. So was lunch. We didn’t have a car so we used the local buses which were on time and a good way to get into town centre as well as visiting local beaches on the island and the fare was reasonable £2.00 to anywhere . Would like to mention one staff member the Conceirge Darlington who was most helpful . Very friendly and advised where to visit etc"
