"We set up airport transfer with Andrea but driver never arrived. He told us that he did NOT receive the request from Andrea. We contacted her and never received a reply and so got an Uber but since it was our first time in Guatemala this was very stressful! Room was NOT as pictured (no tub) and was very noisy with people dining/talking directly outside our window and at nearby front desk. Shower did not drain well. I requested water several times but did not receive. The bed was comfortable....
