How this property has great review on your site is a mystery to me. I think the location should be reviewed in the future since it seems to me to mis-represent the details for this site. I am a gold member and I am very happy with Expedia however in this case I think you need to be my advocate and help, either with a coupon or credit to get this bad experience behind us.
