"We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful.

"The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Stand out staff, were Michael at the bar, Ibrahim at the pool and Haruna on security, all of them went above and beyond.
I would stay again. "
"Yes beach view was obstructed & the garden view just viewed the appatments in front of you. The whole hotel needs updating it's looking very tired for the money you pay out. "
"This was the worst hotel in gambia. It started with the fee to check in early $1500 dalasi (no one can control when their flights come in) you should be able to check in early if the hotel is not full and your guys were definitely not full the 3 weeks that I stayed. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and we had no AC. After traveling I couldn't even stand in the room because I couldn't breathe. I went to reception and they were going to charge $1000 dalasi a day which would have been well over $20,000 dalasi for AC. There is no tea kettle, coffee or anything for your guests. EVERYTHING is a charge, so even though it's cheap all the extra fees add up to the stay being very expensive. The blankets and pillows are stained.blankets are rough from over usage. The "free" breakfast is a joke, offering only a limited amount and once food is complete they do not refill it. The gambian workers are expected to do mutiple jobs for very little pay. The grounds are horrible and everything is dying and there are no flowers. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing the corruption inside the hotel. You use old photos from the past to advertise on your website which does not truly let a guest know what they are getting into.I have never seen a hotel like this before. This should be a 1 star hotel for all the things you don't offer. I will post reviews everywhere I know so that someone can take their hard earned money to another hotel that treats their guests better."
"Here’s a polished, natural-sounding review in English:
---
This was my sixth stay in a hotel in Gambia, and without a doubt the best one considering the same standard of hotels. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, the rooms were more comfortable than anywhere I’ve stayed before, and the overall atmosphere made the experience truly relaxing. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely enjoyable stay."
"Room was spotless, fully equipt with everything you could need. Quick assistance with safe (which is free) and arrival bottle water which wasnt in the room.
Morning sun and afternoon shade on balcony. Insect layer to sliding doors meaning you could still let air in the room. Great aircon in room.
Pool is freezing but still usable due to warm temperatures outside.
Felt safe and secure.
Would visit again and was a fabulous stay. "
