"Excellent stay. Very clean and quiet being located by a busy road. If you looking for an affordable, really clean room and not worried about bells and whistles amenities this is a spot to stay. Has all the essentials in the room for your stay. Free breakfast was good and covers all the standard options. Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. Only cons to mention was the $20 parking per night when other hotels in the area don’t charge for that and another $20 to stay have a late check out (extended my stay by 2 hours ). But recommend this place. "

"I live full time on the road either in an RV or hotel. This locations staff at check in was first rate, very personable and professional. The room as clean, new and very spacious. They also have a good breakfast for this price point. "

"We were in Jax to enjoy family. We decided to view the friendship fountain which was fabulous. The hotel has a walkway along the River straight to the fountain. It felt safe and family friendly. The Doubletree is also at the foot of the Main Street Bridge and were able to drive downtown Jax to restaurants and eateries. The pool area was great and Ruth Chris' restaurant was wonderful; both food and staff. Wonderful time!"

"Easy stay in Jacksonville. Restaurants on site and close to Daily’s Place. Clean and convenient with nice River/ city view. Would stay here again. "
