"Zero professionalism or hospitality
We had 2 rooms and asked to be close but they gave us rooms on the opposite sides of the property, despite two being available in the same building.
Restaurant: as we were a large group they were notified that we would be having dinner there in advance, they gave us the menu es but only had two options, fine the food was decent. To avoid any issues for breakfast we gave them our selections the night before. But the next morning we were told that they were not...

"Al tener pocas referencias, soy honesta tenía un poco de desconfianza, pero el anfitrión fue súper accesible. Recomiendo esta casa para personas que llevan carro ya que si tiene estacionamiento y la zona es tranquila y segura. Fuimos por trabajo y nos agradó."

Spent 10 days traveling around Chiapas and this hotel was the best of them all. Comfortable beds, free parking, a gorgeous rooftop terrace to watch the sunset/rise from, and amazing staff. An earlier review mentions the town being sad and boring but we found it to be the complete opposite. If you walk a few blocks down you reach the town square and at night there was live music and people dancing and all sorts of fun local stuff going on in the square.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the city center on San Cristobal. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are big and cozy. The beds are super comfortable and have very soft sheets. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast service is good but a bit slow. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Chef at the Hotel Alejandro Hernandez went beyond our expectations to accommodate all our meals as we are vegetarian and had kids with us.
Amazing food in Bo Cucina

Very nice hotel. We also used the complimentary medical service as my daughter was not feeling well. The doctor was very professional and extremely nice. They had also a complementary transport to the train station. There two were a real bonus.
The gym was disappointing. New equipment but bad maintained or broken. Branches with out rods or weighs.

We had a wonderful Time - hotel is very stylish and comfortable and the staff are fantastic - friendly and charming. The food in the restaurant was extremely good too for breakfast and dinner with local ingredients and all with the chefs little twist on things. I look forward to returning

This is a great hotel, great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The WiFi was a bit unreliable but it is obviously not a major issue.

Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe
