On the positive side, the staff are friendly and quick to address any concerns. The food is good, with a nice variety available on the restaurant menu. A real highlight is the 360 view of the city of Yaoundé from the 11th floor—an excellent spot with great ambience to relax and take in the scenery."

Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable. "

"The staff were courteous, proactive and very helpful. The quality and standard of the hotel room and other facilities were very high. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. I also had the opportunity to use the restaurant, bar and gym where i experienced a very high quality of service. I enjoyed the buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant. It is qorth mentioning that the airport shuttle is very handy, makes your arrival and departure experience smooth. The botel also has good views of the city of Yaounde, i will always go back and recommend anyone visiting to make United their first choice."
