Absolutely breathtaking, luxurious, beautifully designed, huge, bright, suite in a newly built, detached building on a wine estate, looking over the vin yards. Possibly the best hotel room we have ever stayed in!! Faultless!

Amazing place to stay. We booked a room for 2 Adults & 2 Children which gave us two double bedrooms within one small apartment type setting with a good sized bathroom (and huge bath). All very spacious and plenty of room. Gardens is massive which you can walk around very pleasant in summer Alex (host) is extremely warming on arrival and nothing is too much trouble Nice and quiet area I would highly recommend this accommodation

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). We loved the garden which is unique to a city hotel. Very airey and spacious hotel, with different areas to relax. Part of the hotel has a museum collection for World War 1, which is very interesting. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and all produce were good quality. The brownies and Panna cotta are the best i've ever tasted.

Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Excellent hotel in a great location, only 10 min walk from the train station and close to many great places to eat, drink and explore. Our room was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

What a find! This hotel is small and cosy and ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk from the main market square. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a good range with fresh pastries, continental range and also full English, and even champagne which was a lovely touch. The room was very stylish with all the facilities you require including a jacuzzi bath. The car park is also an added bonus (although you have to book in advance). We drove to Brugge from Canterbury. We used the sat nav to find our hotel. Unfortunately, there were roadworks on the street leading to the hotel. The sat nav was confused which meant we drove round in circles for quite a while. Eventually I rang the hotel. The hotel manager came to meet us. He took the wheel and drove us to the hotel. Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

What a lovely hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Great breakfast with fresh ingredients. Very comfortable bar. Five minute walk to one of the main squares. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were in a "comfort" room which is a walk through a car park and up to the annexe, so not in the main building, but still very comfortable. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is a very well maintained building of character in a pleasant and convenient location for enjoying the delights of Brugge. Gilles was a very helpful and attentive host. Secure hotel parking was available nearby.
