"We liked the colors and all of the outdoor spaces filled with plants and flowers. We liked the staff, the restaurant and the food.The rustic furniture in these spaces was a nice visual touch as well although some probably shouldn't be used for actual seating. We did not like our room. We paid for a room with a view which did have a little terrace but it looked out over the roof and onto a loud and busy street. You could also see the machinery on the rooftop and there were workers who climbed...

"Wow! I’ve stayed at several RIU resorts before, but this one has been my favorite so far. We booked the Elite Club, and it was absolutely worth it — so many great perks. The staff was amazing, and the food at the à la carte restaurants was incredible. Even the activities outside the hotel exceeded our expectations. Just book it and enjoy — you won’t regret it. And don’t forget to tip the staff; they truly earn it with their excellent service."
