One of the hot tubs didn't have the jets on which I felt was a great way for bacteria to grow! The other hot tub was closed 3 out of the 5 days we were there for some reason but it did have jets on when it opened. The food at the restarants could be better but the buffet food was always very good and fresh." The hotel is old though. The entertainment staff take the cake. The director, Carlos is the funniest dude I’ve seen doing this though. Pretty cool and talented people in the crew. Great daily shows. The food and drinks were very good. Drinks were not watery like at some all inclusive resorts. I would definitely recommend this place." The property was run down and the staff kind of rude. They would run out of regular beer before lunch and light beer early afternoon. It is disappointing that an all-inclusive runs out of drinks and food every day. There was also a lot of smoking on the property. It is a cheaper option than the Baha Mar resort next door and the food is decent. Pools were clean. I feel like this resort was in its prime 25 years ago and they have not done upkeep since. Most staff very friendly. Some of the bartenders seemed put off at times. Property is a bit dated but very well kept. The beach area was beautiful but small for number of beach goers.
