"We stayed at the Hampton inn 6/19-6/22/25. On our last day both elevators ended up out of service. Normally I would wrote a bad review of 3 or less stars for such an experience, however this review is 5 out of 5 stars. My disabled father was on the 8th floor and couldn’t walk down the stairs. The front desk provided outstanding service The called for the Fire and Ambulance service to bring him safely down the stairs in a “stair chair” with no charge, no hassle. They made up for the elevator problem with the most outstanding service I have experienced in a very long time! Thank you Hampton Inn for your professionalism and dedication to customer service!"
