Very friendly and patient while we mucked through the language barrier. Make note that there was English speaking staff there, but Google Translate is a beautiful thing and we worked together to understand each other that we were super appreciative for given our Spanish skills were low. Food and drinks were great, and the hotel itself was very quiet. Felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes. I don’t speak Portuguese, but that was never a problem. I used Google Translate with one staff member, but that was completely fine; after all, I’m the visitor who doesn’t speak the language. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern, updated bathrooms. There’s a huge shopping mall right next door, and getting around is incredibly easy—Uber rides are extremely inexpensive and usually arrive within three minutes because there are so many drivers. The prices were so low that I always tipped the full amount of the fare. The restaurant staff and the food were both exceptional. Overall, I had an amazing stay! While some areas of Manaus require a bit more caution, I felt completely safe at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Five ⭐️!"
