What a pleasant surprise! When I realised that the hotel, conveniently located for the Lindor/East bus terminal, was in a shopping mall I feared the worst. But it was great! Staff were all very friendly (with impeccable English), room was very large and I had no issues at all. And of course if you want to go shopping you have two malls on your doorstep!

We booked just a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived around 4 PM, the place was completely closed. One phone call later, the staff drove over and opened everything up for us. A magnificent place, which is clearly reflected in the photos. Dinner was served from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. Both the restaurant and the bar are nothing short of world-class quality. Beautiful hotel!! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was really relaxing, lovely pool and room was super comfortable, and delicious steakhouse restaurant in the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was great

Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!

Lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. Everything was perfect. Location wise, it is a short drive away from the castle and town so be prepared for that.

Extremely clean, great host. Amazingly friendly and helpful. A no brainer of a stay. Good shower, clean sheets and towels. Right next door to Dior which is easily visible.

Beautiful views of the city, a comfortable room, nice breakfast. I only stayed one night and wished it had been longer. Authentic Albanian decor and helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
