I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs and made all arrangements that made my stay so much relaxing. The restaurant service was also outstanding. Without exception, every member of staff was totally focused on providing a service that guests would love even in a higher rated hotel, and here I cannot but mention the restaurant manager, Mr Vaishakh, exceptional for Dinner and Breakfast for every single day of my stay. My original plan was to stay for 3 nights, however my needs in Kochi and in particular the service from the complete hotel team ment i stayed for some 9 night! Really well done Holiday Inn Kochi!
