"We had a lovely stay at the Riu, everything was clean and well kept, the food was great and the staff were really friendly. However the reception and shop staff were less friendly almost to the point of being funny!

"Positive: good location and the price of the hotel was okay
Negative: poor restaurant service, couldn’t find clean tables, poor choice of food, not much choice of drinks at the bar, in case of bad weather there’s no bar or lounge to chill. You have to give deposit for pool towel!! I would give this hotel 3* only"
