This beach front, east-side, Platinum graded, vacation condo rental accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, and a premium mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's sugar-white sand beach and emerald waters are just steps away and can also be enjoyed with a direct and panoramic view of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony. Unit 607 is completely renovated with unobstructed beach/water views, new furniture in both bedrooms, dining room, and living room including a leather Lazy Boy recliner. Other updates include: keyless entry, relocated refrigerator to improve sightlines (not many units offer this), quartz countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, ceiling fans, large flat screen TVs in every room, smart TV in living room, vinyl plank flooring and mirrored sliding closet doors in both bedrooms, new glass shower doors, new sliding glass balcony door leading to panoramic views, and an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. From the cozy, beach decoration to the full kitchen, this unit felt like the perfect dream home. We have family not far from here and close to the beach but there is nothing like actually staying on the beach where you can see and hear the waves as well as feel the breeze 24/7\. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was clean and welcoming. Having beach toys for the kids in the room and the facility to use was a big plus and saved plenty of room in the car. The property location is perfect as you don’t have to sit in traffic on 98 to get here. We will definitely book another trip soon. ##### Christopher H. Families with 10 - 14 year olds were allowing their kids to throw balls/footballs in the pool with no concern for others who were also trying to enjoy their vacation. Three times the ball hit me right in the face (i wear prescription sunglasses to make matters worse!) We were not the only people complaining. There are just too many people enjoying a community pool for kids to be allowed to throw balls. It's not safe. They can take their balls and have a toss on the grassy areas around. With all the rules that are listed for the pool, this should certainly be one that is important. Second issue, while we realize that maintenance has to be done and certainly don't mind that, men were in the windows early in the morning, dangerous razor blades were on the ground in front of our entrance, we were blocked from getting to the elevator. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay while it lasted. The unit we stayed in had a good beach view and my parents loved it. My only complaint is the elevator was always out of order and elevator rides were rough. I would take the stairs but my knees do not allow that. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 607 in August, 2019\. It was absolutely PERFECT!! The location can't get much better than this. It is a 5 minute walk from the lobby to the sand!! Decor in the condo very very nice, comfort color throughout, super clean. The pictures are very accurate. When you open the front door, it's like stepping into the ocean.
