Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools. The kitchen is recently renovated with granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 55” Smart TV with digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests. The updated master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 36” Smart TV. The bathroom has large vanity with a tub/ shower. The guest bedroom has 2 new, twin sized beds, as well as a 24” Smart TV. The guest bathroom a tub/ shower combo. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty upon arrival and we had to wash all the dishes prior to use due to food left on the silverware & black residue on cooking utensils/bowls. The fans had dust piled on them, the dressers were missing knobs, the sheets were stained and the mattress cover is ripped. Barely enough cooking utensils to make a meal. After showing the front desk pictures they did refund us the housekeeping fee & for that I was grateful. Overall the best part of the unit was the view of the bay. The beach was absolutely beautiful during our stay and we loved the free beach service that was included in our stay. Have stayed at islander for 14 years, this was my third time in this room. It looks lovely! Kitchen has basic necessities. Reviewer Comments: The Islander property and unit 511 were beautiful. The master bedroom has the SOFTEST BED ever. I love a soft cozy bed, but this bed was awful. The beds aren’t very comfortable but I can sleep on anything so it’s ok. We really suggest the owner to upgrade cooking ware. All the pots and pans are super sticking! Reviewer Comments: We liked the beach access! Unit was clean. Master bathroom sink kept stopping up.Iron needs to be replaced it is broke. We were told trash chute was only on 2nd and 3rd floors, but it was one on the 5th floor where our unit was. It would have been nice if both pools were open at 8 am, one pool didn't open until 10 AM.
