It was extremely nice with four small children being able to step out of the back patio and you were just steps away from the pool. The walk to the beach is not bad either. The condo was very nice the only thing I suggest is the cleaning people do a little bit better cleaning the floors. Our feet were black five minutes of being there. Also in the guest bedroom there was something wrong with the outlets and the wires were crossed and it drained my daughters battery on her phone instead of charging it. It was evident that the cleaning lady left in the beginning stages of cleaning, we promptly reported this to the front desk who told us she already left for the day. The front desk woman was kind enough to come provide us with a bed change, fresh towels, and some free condo perch to help. She also refunded our cleaning fee for the stay and set up to have housekeeping come by the next day. I lucky read prior reviews and took cleaning supplies and trash bags for our stay. The overall experience was ok. The unit is dated and could use a really good cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. It is so great to be on the ground level. You cannot tell from the pictures, but the pool is RIGHT outside the sliding glass door. We had our 2 gradaughters with us (ages 3 1/3 and 9 months). It was perfect to be on the ground floor so they could play in the grass outside the unit and in the sandy area beside the pool.
